Culture Shift Labs Think Tanks facilitate the exchange of new ideas critical to innovation and solutions that turn challenges into growth opportunities. Throughout the session, our audience members are introduced to social impact methodologies (including Babson’s Entrepreneurial Thought & Action Methodology™) that deliver sustain­able transformative solutions that can change belief systems, behaviors and outcomes. CSL Think Tanks are invite only and reflect a small curated group of senior leaders, drawn from our global proprietary database.

CULTURE SHIFT AWARDS

The Culture Shifting Awards was launched during the summer of 2010 in the Hamptons to recognize leaders and pioneers of diversity who have achieved success within their respective industries or those who have progressed the diversity agenda in America. This invite only event gathers over 150 accomplished leaders of color (the “diverse elite”) that are otherwise hard to reach and often, under the radar.  Guests attend to celebrate the honorees for their contributions to business and society as well as to deal-make, find points of collaboration, and tap into the social currency, intellectual and financial capital among leaders of the new economy.
