Culture Shifting: A Weekend of Technology, Innovation and Social Innovation

is an annual invite-only bicoastal event that takes place in Silicon Valley and Silicon Alley. These are the only events of their kind in the United States that unite over 400 accomplished Black & Latinx tech executives, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators and social impact leaders in order to celebrate, collaborate, and make deals.

Each coast has a different format; Silicon Valley is the largest gathering of Black leaders in tech, innovation and social impact. Silicon Alley is the largest gathering of Black and Latinx Venture Capitalists.

Culture Shifting Weekend is an annual signature event of Culture Shift Labs; a management consultancy specializing in growth and innovation through diversity and inclusion.

The Culture Shift Labs team will schedule 1:1 interviews with mid to senior level Black and Hispanic qualified candidates based a profile set by the sponsoring company. 4 profiles max. A minimum of 12 meetings will be scheduled; approximately 1 interview every 45 minutes. Each company will receive 1 private hotel room from 10am - 4pm including lunch for the talent acquisition staff.

Hear from Black and Latinx founders with traction and influencers on how companies can work with them, learn from them, collaborate with them, become customers, and generally, how to think about the future from a unique group of problem solvers. This is open innovation with a diversity lens. Everything we do at Culture Shifting Weekend informs attendees next action. This event will facilitate the exchange of new ideas critical to inclusive innovation and solutions that turn challenges into growth opportunities.

80 hand selected leaders, who are often under the radar solving problems for business and society, will address key health & wellness issues facing communities of color.

The afternoon will incorporate rapid-fire learning and innovation to drive advances in healthcare for communities of color. Digital therapeutics, fitness and food-as-medicine are the three pillars that will anchor the discussions and working sessions to innovate our healthcare ecosystem.

Talks will be provided by leading experts across these fields. The highly curated group of entrepreneurs, investors, fitness experts, and food healthcare leaders will collaborate with each other along with seasoned engineers to accelerate the design and implementation of novel health solutions.
