Culture Shifting is an annual invite-only series of deal making Summits that takes place in Silicon Valley, New York, Miami and London. These are the only Summits of their kind in the United States that unite over 200 accomplished Black & Latinx tech executives, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators and social impact leaders in order to enable deals, collaborations and wealth creation (our mission). While we've been hosting these events for 13 years, over the last 8 that we've been measuring outcomes, we have calculated that we've enabled over $1B to get into the hands of entrepreneurs, executives, fund managers and non profit leaders that attend Our goal is to increase that to $2B by 2025 catalyzed by our expansion to new markets.
 

Each coast has a different format; Silicon Valley is the largest gathering of Black leaders in tech, innovation and social impact to narrow the inequality gap in entrepreneurship, on corporate boards, in tech and in the c-suite. Silicon Alley is the largest gathering of Black and Latinx Venture Capitalists to narrow the inequality gap in this sector. Miami and London are hybrids of the two.
