Culture Shifting Summit is an annual invite-only series of deal making events that takes place in Silicon Valley, New York, Miami and London. These are the only Summits of their kind that unite 200-350 (depending on the market) accomplished diverse tech executives, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators and social impact leaders in order to enable deals, collaborations and wealth creation (our mission). 
 

While we've been hosting these events for 15 years, over the last 10 that we've been measuring outcomes, we have calculated that we've enabled over $1.4B to get into the hands of entrepreneurs, executives, fund managers and non profit leaders that attend. Our goal is to increase that to $2B by 2025 catalyzed by our expansion to new markets.
 

Each coast has a different format; Silicon Valley and Miami are the largest gathering of Black/Latinx leaders in tech, innovation and social impact to narrow the inequality gap in entrepreneurship, on corporate boards, in tech and in the c-suite. Silicon Alley and London are the largest gathering of Black and Latinx Venture Capitalists to narrow the inequality gap in this sector.
